Terms of Service
All cancellations must be made by contacting us via phone to request the cancellation.
Cancellation requests for Sedans and SUV’s must be submitted at least 4 hours before the expected pickup time.
Clients are responsible for notifying us of any changes, delays, cancellations, or missed flights related to their booking. Delayed flights will be billed after the flight’s arrival. We strictly adhere to a non-smoking policy.
In case of any damages caused during the rental period by the client or any members of their party, there will be a fee of $100 for each carpet or seat burn, and a sanitation fee of $250 will apply. Vehicles cannot be overloaded beyond their seating capacity.
Our drivers have the authority to end the service without any refund if they find the behavior of the party to be disruptive or if their actions pose a risk to the safe operation of the vehicle. Smoking is not allowed inside any of our vehicles for the safety and comfort of all passengers.. Smoking and Vaping is not permitted in any of our vehicles. We shall not be held liable for any delays or inconveniences caused by traffic, unexpected mechanical issues, or circumstances considered as “Acts of God.”
In cases beyond our control, we reserve the right to substitute alternative vehicles.
The client is accountable for all payments due at the end of the service, including overtime pay, wait time, by accepting our Terms of Service.
